Shipping policy

Modish Atlanta Shop ("we" and "us") is the operator of https://modishatlanta.com/ ("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. They are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this agreement for mutual protection and determination of expectations for our service.

1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain an exact number of stocks on our website, but from time to time there may be a disparity in availability, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the products available to you and process the refund for any unavailable items.

2. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at payment based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for delivery will be collected on purchase. This price will be the final price for the cost of delivery to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Change of Decision
Modish Atlanta will gladly accept a return due to a change of decision, as long as we receive a return request within 7 days of receipt of the item and it is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resale condition. The return will be at the customer’s expense, and they will have to arrange their own delivery. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for future purchases. We'll notify you via email when this is complete. (Modish Atlanta) refunds the value of the returned goods, but DOES NOT refund the value of the paid delivery.

3.2 Warranty Return
Modish Atlanta Shop will gladly honor all valid warranty claims, provided that the claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of the items. Customers will have to pay in advance for return delivery, but we will reimburse the cost of a successful warranty claim. Upon receipt of warranty claim items, you can expect Modish Atlanta Shop to process your warranty claim within 7 days. After the warranty claim, you will receive a choice of (a) a refund to your payment method, (b) a refund as store credit, or (c) a replacement item sent to you (if available).

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Transit Time in the Domestic Market
In general, domestic shipments are in transport for 2 to 7 days (USA).

4.2 International Transit Time
Usually, orders sent abroad are in transit for 4 to 22 days, depending on the courier you choose. We can offer a more specific estimate when you select your courier at payment.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address
Orders made before 12 a.m. MST (UTC-07) will be shipped the same day; otherwise, they will ship within the next business day. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except for national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. We take steps to minimize shipment delays during these times.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address
We are able to change the delivery address at any time before the order is shipped.

4.5 Delivery by Mailbox
Modish Atlanta Shop will ship to mailbox addresses using postal services only. We cannot offer courier services for these locations.

4.6 Delivery to Military Address
We may ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service via courier services.

4.7 Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to become available before shipping your order. Existing items in the order will be held while we wait for this item.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us.

5. Tracking Notifications
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link from which you can track the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates from the delivery provider.

6. Shipments Damaged During Transportation
If you find that the shipment is damaged during transportation, please refuse the shipment from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for further instructions.

7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of goods as shown on the website.

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes on international shipments will be prepaid, with no additional fees payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance
Shipments are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation of the claim.
