Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise bought online for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Final sale items: please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise stated.

 

Return Process

• Initiate a Return: To start your return, please contact our customer service team through the return form (Link)
• Pack Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Shipping Your Return: Use the provided return label and ship the product to us. Please retain proof of shipping for your records.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear or that does not meet our return criteria.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
